SPECIFICATION SHEETS
Metal Panel used in roof & wall systems. Panels are attached to support structures with exposed fasteners. The panel profile consists of 1-1/4” high ribs spaced 12” on center with panel coverage of 36”. Two minor ribs are spaced between the major ribs.

Metal Panel used in roof & wall systems. Panels are attached to support structures with exposed fasteners. The panel profile consists of 3/4” high ribs spaced 9” on center with panel coverage of 36”. Two minor ribs are spaced between the major ribs.
- STANDARD PANEL MATERIAL:
26 Gauge steel coated both sides with a layer of (Galvalume) aluminum-zinc alloy applied by the continuous hot dip method. Colored panels are coated with Akzo Nobel Ceram-A-Star 1050 or Cool Color Coating. The coating is a high performance silicone polyester paint system which is applied over a primed surface. The panels are also available in other special order paint systems as well. - TRIM/FLASHING MATERIAL:
The same gauge, color, and finish is used for all trim material. - PANEL SEALANT TAPE:
Panel lap conditions are sealed using a butyl-based tape mastic that is non-staining, non-corrosive, non-volatile and non-toxic. - FASTENERS:
Fasteners for panel connection to steel substructure are #12 X 1” or #12 X 1-1/4” self-drilling screws with uni-seal washers. Panel installation to wood substructure would use #10 X 1” or #10 X 1-1/2” Woodbinder screws. Lap Screws, #14 X 7/8”, are also necessary for proper panel installations. - INSTALLATION:
Roof Slope to be a minimum ½:12. Endlaps must be a minimum of 4”. All roof panel laps should utilize butyl tape to provide weather-tightness. Wall panel applications are also possible with the panel. - WARRANTY:
40yr Limited Color Panel Warranty and 25yr Limited Bare Panel Warranty - MAINTENANCE:
